By accumulating product during speed mismatches or brief stoppages, the turntable accumulator prevents line backup, reduces product damage, and allows either upstream or downstream machines to continue operating without interruption.

How It Works
spread out across the circular accumulation surface, building up a buffer stock. When the downstream machine resumes normal speed, it draws from the accumulated bottles on the turntable. The table’s rotating motion keeps bottles gently moving, preventing clustering or jamming. Speed is adjustable to match the input and output rates of adjacent machines.
