How It Works
Bottles arrive via an infeed conveyor and first enter the rinsing section, where they are inverted and cleaned with water or DM water. After rinsing, bottles move directly to the gravity filling station, where liquid flows from the overhead product tank through nozzles at a uniform level into each container — with no PVC tubing. Filled bottles then continue to the ROPP cap sealing station, where caps are automatically fed and crimped. All three operations occur continuously on one frame, eliminating inter-machine transfer conveyors.
