How It Works
Bottles are manually loaded into individual pockets on an SS wire mesh conveyor. Once placed, the machine automatically inverts each bottle and subjects it to three sequential rinse stages — pre-rinse, main wash, and final rinse. After all stages are complete, bottles are re-inverted and discharged automatically onto the outfeed conveyor. The manual loading format is especially suited for flat or irregular-shaped bottles that require more careful placement.
