How It Works
The operator manually places a filled bottle with a loosely placed cap under the capping head. The machine automatically grips the cap with rotating chuck spindles and applies a pre-set, controlled torque to tighten the cap firmly and consistently. The operator then removes the capped bottle and places the next one. Adjustable torque settings ensure the right closure force for different cap sizes and materials.
