How It Works
Bottles are fed via a conveyor onto a rotating turntable. As each bottle passes through the labelling station, a pre-cut paper label is picked from the label magazine, coated with glue on the reverse side, and applied to the bottle with precise placement. The bottle then passes through a wiping station to ensure the label is firmly pressed and wrinkle-free. The rotary format enables continuous, high-speed labelling without stopping the bottle flow.
