How It Works
Bottles are fed via an infeed conveyor into the volumetric filling station, where piston pumps or flow meters dispense an exact pre-set liquid volume into each container. Filled bottles then pass to the integrated screw capping station, where caps are automatically fed from a hopper or vibratory bowl and applied with a controlled, uniform torque — ensuring a consistent, leak-proof closure on every bottle.
