How It Works
Bottles are fed via an infeed conveyor into the gravity filling station. Liquid flows directly from the product tank through precision nozzles at the base of the tank — eliminating PVC tubing and ensuring hygienic, contamination-free filling. The machine functions as a level filler, maintaining uniform fill heights across all containers. After filling, bottles move directly to the ROPP cap sealing section on the same frame, where caps are automatically fed and sealed, completing the fill-and-seal process in one continuous operation.
