Automatic Film Shrink Wrapping Machine — High-Speed Bundle & Tray Shrink Wrapper
Jagat Industries manufactures the Automatic Film Shrink Wrapping Machine — a high-speed fully automatic secondary packaging system that wraps groups of bottles or products in polyethylene (PE) or POF shrink film and passes them through a heat tunnel to create a tight, secure bundle or tray pack. Ideal for liquor, beverage, water, and food packaging lines, our shrink wrapping machine reduces packaging material costs while improving product presentation and transit protection.

How It Works
Bottles or products are grouped into the required bundle count (e.g. 6-pack, 12-pack) and pushed onto a sheet or sleeve of shrink film. The wrapped bundle then passes through an L-sealer or sleeve sealer that seals the film around the product. The sealed package then moves through a heat tunnel where controlled hot air causes the film to shrink tightly around the product group, creating a compact, stable bundle. The entire process is automatic and continuous.

Frequently Asked Questions
Film shrink wrapping groups products together in a polyethylene or POF film and applies heat to shrink the film tightly around the bundle, creating a secure multi-pack for retail sale or transit.
Common configurations include 4-pack, 6-pack, 12-pack, and 24-pack. Custom counts are available.
Standard PE (polyethylene) and POF (polyolefin) shrink films. POF is clearer and preferred for retail display.
Yes — an integrated heat tunnel is included for shrinking the film onto the bundle.
Shrink wrapping uses less packaging material and is lower cost per unit. Carton packing provides better stacking strength and protection for fragile glass bottles. Many lines use both — shrink wrapping for retail multipacks and cartons for full case dispatch.
