How It Works
The operator manually places empty bottles under the filling nozzles on the rotating platform. The machine automatically triggers the filling cycle when bottles are in position, filling each container to a uniform level via gravity flow from the overhead product tank. When filling is complete, the operator removes the filled bottles and places the next batch. The rotary format allows multiple bottles to be filled simultaneously, improving throughput over single-nozzle machines.
