How It Works
Filled and sealed bottles arrive on the infeed conveyor and are grouped into the configured pack pattern. A robotic or mechanical pick-and-place head with suction cups (or mechanical grippers) lifts the group of bottles and places them precisely into an open corrugated case positioned below. Once the case is filled to the required count, it moves to the case sealing station or outfeed conveyor for tape sealing or gluing. The process is fully automatic and continuous.
