How It Works
Bottles are manually placed into the machine’s bottle holders or pockets. The machine inverts the bottles over rinsing nozzles and flushes the interior with water, DM water, or another rinsing medium for a set wash cycle. After the rinse cycle completes, bottles are re-inverted and discharged for manual transfer to the filling station. The semi-automatic format allows operators to control throughput and handle mixed bottle sizes easily.
