How It Works
Bottles travel along the infeed conveyor with caps or corks loosely placed on the neck. As each bottle passes under the pressing station, a precision pressing head applies a controlled, uniform downward force to seat the cap or cork firmly and consistently onto the bottle neck. The process is continuous and automatic, with adjustable pressure settings for different cap types and bottle neck profiles. Properly seated caps ensure a reliable seal downstream at the ROPP or screw capping station.
