How It Works
The operator manually places a bottle onto the labelling platform. The machine picks a pre-cut paper label from the label magazine, applies adhesive glue to the back of the label using a glue roller, and presses the label onto the bottle surface at the set position. A wiping mechanism ensures the label is firmly pressed with no air pockets. The operator removes the labelled bottle and places the next one. The semi-automatic format allows easy handling of multiple bottle shapes and label sizes.
