How It Works
Bottles enter via an SS wire mesh infeed conveyor and are automatically transferred into carrier pockets by a bottle pusher plate. They are then inverted and passed through three sequential rinsing stages using underground water, DM water, or hot water — with recirculation support to reduce wastage. After rinsing, bottles are re-inverted and discharged onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for filling. The entire process is fully automatic with no manual intervention required.
