How It Works
Products placed on the curved roller bed move forward under their own weight as the conveyor is set at a slight incline. Tapered or individual rollers on the bend section guide the product smoothly through the directional change — typically 30°, 45°, or 90° — without any powered mechanism. The product exits the bend section and continues along the straight outfeed run under gravity. No motor, electricity, or compressed air is required.
