How It Works
Filled bottles are manually placed by the operator into the inspection station. The hood-type enclosure blocks ambient light, while an illuminated backlight provides a bright, contrasting background that makes fill levels, liquid colour, and any particulate matter clearly visible to the inspector. The operator visually inspects each bottle against the backlit field, removes any rejected bottles, and passes accepted ones to the next station.
