How It Works
Bottles are manually loaded into the machine’s carriers or pockets by the operator. The machine automatically transports bottles through multiple wash stages — which may include soaking, high-pressure washing with hot water or detergent, rinsing, and a final clean water rinse. After completing all wash stages, bottles are discharged for drying and filling. The multi-stage format removes labels, residues, and contaminants from returned or reusable bottles as well as new bottles.
