How It Works
Bottles travel on an infeed conveyor to the single capping head station. Caps are automatically fed from a hopper or vibratory bowl onto each bottle neck. The single rotating capping chuck grips the cap and applies a pre-set, controlled torque to tighten it securely. The consistent torque setting prevents under-tightening (leaks) and over-tightening (cap or bottle damage). The machine is ideal for lines where product variety and frequent changeovers are more important than maximum throughput.
