How It Works
Round bottles travel along the infeed conveyor and are guided between a conveyor belt and a labelling roller. As the bottle rolls between the two surfaces, it rotates on its axis. A self-adhesive label is simultaneously dispensed from the label reel and pressed onto the rotating bottle, wrapping 360 degrees around its circumference in a single, seamless operation. The result is a perfectly aligned, bubble-free full-wrap label on every bottle.
