How It Works
Bottles travel in a straight line along an infeed conveyor and pass through the labelling station. Labels are dispensed from a pre-wound self-adhesive label reel. As each bottle reaches the label applicator, a label is peeled from the backing paper and pressed firmly and precisely onto the bottle surface using a wipe-on or blow-on applicator. The empty backing paper is wound up onto a rewind reel for disposal. The machine can apply front labels, back labels, or both simultaneously with the right configuration.
