How It Works
Bottles with loosely placed or no caps arrive via an infeed conveyor. Caps are automatically fed from a hopper or vibratory bowl feeder and placed onto each bottle neck. As the bottle passes through the capping station, rotating spindles or chuck heads grip the cap and apply a controlled, pre-set torque to tighten it securely. Torque is precisely adjustable to prevent under-tightening (which causes leaks) or over-tightening (which damages the cap or bottle). The process is continuous and fully automatic.
