How It Works
Bottles arrive on an infeed conveyor and pass through the sleeving station, where a pre-cut shrink sleeve is automatically fed from a reel, cut to length, and placed over the bottle neck or body. The sleeved bottle then passes through a heat tunnel (shrink tunnel), where controlled hot air causes the sleeve to shrink tightly and conform to the bottle profile. The result is a smooth, wrinkle-free sleeve that covers the neck for tamper evidence or the full body for 360-degree label decoration.
