How It Works
Filled corrugated cartons or RSC cases are fed into the carton sealer on an infeed conveyor. The machine automatically folds the minor and major flaps in sequence and applies tape or hot melt adhesive along the top and bottom seams, creating a secure seal. The sealed carton exits onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for palletising. The SSA model handles variable carton sizes with minimal changeover time, making it suitable for production lines handling multiple SKUs.
