How It Works
Bottles are fed via an infeed conveyor into the integrated rinsing section, where they are inverted and rinsed using water or DM water to remove dust and residues. Rinsed bottles then move directly to the vacuum filling station, where liquid is drawn in and excess is automatically returned by the vacuum pump — ensuring uniform fill levels. Finally, bottles pass to the ROPP cap sealing station, where caps are automatically fed and sealed. All three operations happen continuously on a single rotary frame, eliminating inter-machine conveyors and reducing line footprint significantly.
