How the Automatic Gravity Filling Machine Works
This rotary gravity filler operates on the level-filling principle. Specially engineered nozzles are positioned at the base of the product tank, allowing liquid to flow directly from the tank to the bottle using gravity — eliminating PVC interconnecting tubes and reducing contamination risk. All bottles receive a uniform fill level regardless of minor volume variations. For glass bottle applications, a partial vacuum option is available to assist filling through narrow-neck containers.
