How the Automatic Rotary Rinsing Machine Works
Bottles are automatically loaded onto a rotating carousel fitted with multiple rinsing heads. As each head engages, bottles are inverted and rinsed using one or two wash stages — using water, DM water, or any compatible rinsing medium. After completion of the wash cycle, bottles are automatically re-inverted and discharged onto the outfeed conveyor, ready for the filling station.
